Shipping & Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • $10 flat rate shipping for all orders within Australia

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number.  You can track your item at auspost.com.au

  • All prints are shipped flat in sturdy, specially-designed plastic-free cardboard packaging to protect your prints and help the environment.

International Shipping

  • For the time being, I’m only shipping orders within Australia.  If you would like to order prints from overseas, please email me at hello@rebeccaashley.com and I can send you a shipping estimate.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Prints are made to order by my printing partner in New South Wales. Please allow 3-5 business days production time prior to shipping.

  • Australia Post standard shipping takes anywhere from 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

  • As prints are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue.

  • In the unlikely event your prints are damaged in transit, please send me photos of the outside parcel and the damaged prints within 3 days of receipt, along with your order number, and I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however I will do my best to resolve the matter by lodging a claim with Australia Post.

  • If a package is returned due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer will then be responsible for re-shipment charges.

Copyright

  • All artwork is created by Rebecca Ashley Lloyd and copyright remains the intellectual and creative property of Rebecca Ashley Lloyd. Purchase of an art print does not transfer copyright. Images cannot be reproduced.
